الترخيص مطلوبعبر Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development - Fisheries Directorate / competent local authority
Apply through the e-Albania portal (e-albania.al), select the fishing/tourist fishing authorization service, upload ID/passport (and for boats: registration/rental, navigation certificate, proof of payment) and pay the fee. Amateur fishing authorization is granted by the competent local authority and requires membership of a national association.
