St. Croix East End Marine Park - Open Zone (Park Wide)

Within the St. Croix East End Marine Park, fishing (including spearfishing) is allowed in the Open Zone, subject to park-wide rules. Taking or injuring coral, altering the seabed, anchoring on hard bottom or coral communities, and diving without a flag are prohibited.

No taking/injuring coral; dive flag required; no spearfishing in the park's No-Take and Recreational Zones (only the Open Zone permits it).
