Underwater hunting is permitted only in fishing grounds (рыболовные угодья) of the reserve fund, or grounds leased solely for commercial fishing, that appear on lists approved by each regional executive committee (oblispolkom) in coordination with territorial bodies of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection and the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.
