State marine reserve of fishing interest on the southwestern coast of La Palma (Canary Islands), mostly in the municipality of Fuencaliente. It extends between Caleta de los Pájaros and Punta Gruesa out to the 1,000 m isobath (3,455 ha). Recreational maritime fishing — including spearfishing — is not permitted within the reserve (only authorised autonomous diving and limited shore fishing outside the integral zone). Note: per MAPA the governing order is Orden APA/1936/2002 (the researcher's cited ARM/2094/2010 could not be confirmed).

ID (DNI for citizens; NIE/passport for foreigners) and payment of the regional fee are needed.
