Underwater fishing with harpoon gun and harpoon is prohibited in all water bodies or their sections listed in the Minister's regulation 'List of spawning sites and habitats of salmon, brown trout, sea trout and grayling' (under § 51(2) Nature Conservation Act), except in dams.
