No-take Marine Life Conservation District on the northwestern coast of Maui, bounded seaward by a line from Alaelae Point to Kalaepiha Point to the northwestern corner of Honolua Bay. Encompasses ~45 acres (established 1978). Spearfishing and possession in the water of any device capable of taking marine life are prohibited; the only permitted in-water gear is a knife, shark billy, bang stick, powerhead, or CO2 injector.
