SS President Coolidge and Million Dollar Point Marine Reserve

Declared marine reserve off the south coast of Espiritu Santo near Luganville, encompassing the WWII wreck of the SS President Coolidge and the Million Dollar Point dump site. Protected under subsidiary legislation of the Fisheries Act; it is a known tourist diving spot and declared marine reserve, so fishing and spearfishing fall within the Fisheries Regulations 'closed area' / marine-reserve prohibition (no fishing or diving for fish, 1 km buffer for ornamental products).
