Freshwater rod-and-line / fly fishing permitted under permit obtained via the official portal ezagas.mn. Spearfishing is not a permitted method anywhere; these are rod-and-line angling waters only. Taimen sanctuary rules apply (single barbless hooks, catch-and-release).
