Qatar territorial waters (general) में spearfishing कैसे मानी जाती है।
Recreational and artisanal fishing/diving is generally permitted in Qatari territorial waters subject to a fishing/diving licence and gear rules. Underwater harpoon-guns require Fisheries Department permission (Art. 21(a) of Executive Regulations No. 2 of 1985).
