Port Phillip Heads Marine National Park, Victoria

One of Victoria's 13 marine national parks - a no-take marine protected area (several discrete sections around the entrance to Port Phillip Bay, e.g. Point Nepean, Popes Eye, Mud Islands, Portsea Hole, Point Lonsdale) under the National Parks Act 1975 (Vic), managed by Parks Victoria. All fishing including spearfishing is prohibited and spear guns may not be used or carried.
