When the range is active, vessels or persons must expeditiously transit and may not anchor or loiter; a red flag (day) or strobe (night) is displayed. Spearfishing access is barred while the range is in use. Danger zone (NAD-83) is bounded by: 13deg34'57"N 144deg49'53"E; 13deg35'49"N 144deg47'59"E; 13deg34'57"N 144deg47'45"E; 13deg34'48"N 144deg49'50"E.
