Village Marine Protected Areas (Community-Based Fisheries Management Program)でスピアフィッシングがどのように扱われているか。

Only approved fishing methods are allowed; SCUBA-assisted taking of fish, bow and arrow, night lights, explosives and poisons are prohibited except where specifically exempted by the village and DMWR.
