概要
Réserve Aquatique de Mandji-Etimbouéでスピアフィッシングがどのように扱われているか。
Coastal-to-offshore aquatic reserve (~4,052 km2) off the Mandji-Etimboué coast south of Port-Gentil, created by Décret n° 00161/PR du 31/05/2017. Artisanal fishing is regulated within the 3-nautical-mile coastal strip; governed by the aquatic-reserve / protected-area regime (Loi 015/2005 Art. 41, 55, 68).

Apply to the Ministry/Direction in charge of Fisheries and Aquaculture (DGPA); permit delivered per Art. 19-20 on submission of a dossier whose composition is fixed by regulation. The Minister in charge of Fisheries issues sport-fishing permits, with prior ministerial authorisation additionally required inside marine parks (Art. 57). Artisanal fishing authorisations/cards (a separate regime) are handled by the DGPA in Libreville.
