概要
Harbours, harbour entrances/exits, anchorages and vessel transit lanesでスピアフィッシングがどのように扱われているか。
Spearfishing is prohibited within harbour areas, their entrances and exits, anchorages and marine vessel transit lanes, and within 200 m of harbour works, navigational marks, vessels, anchored ships and marked fishing nets (PD 373/1985, Art. 3 para. 1d-e).
