Open coastal fishing areas of Koror State (outside protected zones)でスピアフィッシングがどのように扱われているか。
Snorkel/freedive spearfishing with a spear gun is permitted in open fishing areas with a Koror State fishing permit, but not from land for non-Palauan citizens (boat only) and not within protected areas or dive/snorkel sites. SCUBA spearfishing is prohibited everywhere.
