Water bodies not on the oblispolkom approved list аймағындағы сүңгіп балық аулауды реттеу.

Any fishing ground not included on the regional list for underwater hunting is off-limits for spearfishing. This includes specially protected natural areas (reserves/заповедники and заказники) and grounds where the Ministry of Natural Resources or local executive committees have imposed bans.
