Inshore Exclusion Zone (coastal waters within ~6 NM of baseline) аймағындағы сүңгіп балық аулауды реттеу.
Coastal exclusion zone reserved solely for subsistence, artisanal and semi-industrial fishing. Recreational and industrial fishing activities are not permitted in this zone (Section 4.3). Trawlers for shrimp/cephalopods may be licensed only beyond 4 NM. This effectively restricts where recreational/spearfishing-type activity may legally occur close to shore.
