면허 필요Directorate of Fisheries (Ministry of Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture) 통해
Apply to the Directorate of Fisheries; applicant must be at least 18, prove suitability to practise fishing or diving, and have no relevant criminal conviction (Article 6).
