Marine reserves declared under Section 27 of the Fisheries Act 2002에서 작살낚시가 어떻게 취급되는지.
Any area of the fisheries waters (and adjacent land) the Minister declares a marine reserve by Order. Within a marine reserve, fishing or attempting to fish, and taking or destroying flora or fauna, are offences unless written permission is granted (Section 27(2)-(3)).
