Myeik (Mergui) Archipelago - licensed liveaboard/tour areas에서 작살낚시가 어떻게 취급되는지.
Spearfishing and fishing by foreign visitors are practicable only via Department-of-Fisheries-licensed tour or liveaboard operators that hold area permits and DoF clearances; independent fishing by tourists is not permitted.
