Public fresh waters (acque dolci pubbliche) - e.g. Torrente Marano, Torrente Ausa, Torrente San Marino에서 작살낚시가 어떻게 취급되는지.
Public fresh waters and waters connected to them are open to licensed rod-and-line fishing under Law 119/1990. These are small, shallow streams unsuitable for and not associated with spearfishing. A licence from the Federazione Sammarinese Pesca Sportiva is required.
