Covers ~4,532 ha with a 534 ha strictly protected sub-zone, 1,392 ha ecological-recovery sub-zone and a development sub-zone. As an MPA under Law on Fisheries Art. 7, fishing/extraction is prohibited in the protected zones, so spearfishing is not allowed.
