Kā zemūdens medības tiek izturētas State nature reserves (государственные заповедники) water areas vietā.

The Rules do not apply to water areas of state nature reserves and water areas assigned for commercial fish-breeding, commercial fishing and reproduction of fish stocks; amateur/sport fishing is excluded there (point 2).

Nepieciešama licencecaur Authorized state fisheries management body (Department of Fisheries Complex under the Ministry of Agriculture / Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology and Technical Supervision)

From the authorized state fisheries management body, or from the user of the assigned water body. Electronic fishing permits are reported to be obtainable online (e.g. via the MegaPay app, per secondary sources).
