As a protected marine national park, the nationwide ban on spear/scuba harvesting by non-fishermen applies. Center point near Yeosu/southern coast.

There is no recreational spearfishing licence in South Korea. Catching aquatic resources commercially requires a fishery licence/registration from the head of the Si/Gun/Gu under the Fisheries Act; recreational sea fishing (rod) is regulated under the Fishing Management and Promotion Act but does not authorise spears or scuba-assisted harvesting.
