Spearfishing (and all fishing) is prohibited in harbours and at port entrances under Monaco's underwater-fishing rules. The existing combined 'Ports and port entrances' zone names Port de Fontvieille but the dataset only carried one coordinate point (Port Hercule); this is the distinct Fontvieille harbour location.
