Kif is-sajd bl-isperunar jiġi ttrattata f'State nature reserves (государственные заповедники) water areas.

The Rules do not apply to water areas of state nature reserves and water areas assigned for commercial fish-breeding, commercial fishing and reproduction of fish stocks; amateur/sport fishing is excluded there (point 2).

Jekk għandekx bżonn liċenzja biex tagħmel sajd bl-isperunar hawnhekk, u kif tikseb waħda.

Liċenzja meħtieġapermezz ta' Authorized state fisheries management body (Department of Fisheries Complex under the Ministry of Agriculture / Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology and Technical Supervision)

From the authorized state fisheries management body, or from the user of the assigned water body. Electronic fishing permits are reported to be obtainable online (e.g. via the MegaPay app, per secondary sources).
