Federal conservation units / marine protected areas (no-take zones) တွင် လှံနှင့်ငါးဖမ်းခြင်းကို မည်သို့ ဆက်ဆံသနည်း။

Spearfishing and other extractive fishing are prohibited inside no-take (protecao integral) conservation units such as national parks and biological reserves (e.g. Fernando de Noronha Marine National Park, Abrolhos Marine National Park), managed by ICMBio.

Apply online via the federal gov.br portal (Solicitar Licenca de Pescador Amador) or at an IBAMA office; the licence is issued by the federal fisheries/environment authority.
