ငုပ်ရေကူးမပြုမီ စစ်ဆေးပါ။ ဤသည်မှာ တရားဝင်ဥပဒေ၏ အများသူငှာ ရနိုင်သောအချက်အလက်၏ သုတေသနအကျဉ်းချုပ်ဖြစ်ပြီး ဥပဒေအကြံဉာဏ်မဟုတ်ပါ။ စည်းမျဉ်းများ ပြောင်းလဲနိုင်ပြီး ဒေသဆိုင်ရာ သို့မဟုတ် ကာကွယ်ထားသောဧရိယာ ကန့်သတ်ချက်များ သက်ဆိုင်နိုင်သည်။ spearfishing မပြုမီ သက်ဆိုင်ရာ နိုင်ငံ အာဏာပိုင်ထံ လက်ရှိလိုအပ်ချက်ကို အမြဲတမ်း အတည်ပြုပါ။

National parks, natural monuments and biological reserves (all) တွင် လှံနှင့်ငါးဖမ်းခြင်းကို မည်သို့ ဆက်ဆံသနည်း။

All commercial and sport fishing (including spearfishing) is absolutely prohibited in national parks, natural monuments and biological reserves under Ley 8436 Art. 9. Violations carry fines of 20-60 base salaries and licence cancellation (Art. 153).

လိုင်စင် လိုအပ်သည်INCOPESCA (Instituto Costarricense de Pesca y Acuicultura) မှတဆင့်

Apply online via the INCOPESCA website (www.incopesca.go.cr) or at one of the regional INCOPESCA offices (Cuajiniquil, Playas del Coco, Nicoya, Quepos, Golfito, Limon, Puntarenas, Herradura, San Jose, Heredia). Present a valid ID/residency card/passport, a recent passport-size photo, the F.S.P.D application form, and proof of payment of the canon.
