All state inland water bodies not on the statutory list

Underwater fishing is prohibited in all state water bodies except the named lakes/reservoirs in the Inland Waters Rules and water bodies where the fishing-plot user permits it under limited-fishing conditions. Recreational-priority zones in state parks are excluded even where a plot user would otherwise allow it.
