Hoe speervissen wordt behandeld bij Canaria management zone.
Management zone of Spanish exterior waters (Art. 2 RD 347/2011) covering the Canary Islands. Unlike mainland Spain, recreational spearfishing around the Canaries is CLOSED BY DEFAULT: it is permitted only inside named delimited zones (zonas acotadas) — in interior waters per Orden de 29 de octubre de 2007 (BOC 222, as amended by Orden de 3 de julio de 2008, BOC 140) and in exterior waters per Orden de 22 de febrero de 1988 (BOE-A-1988-4622, as amended in 2001 and by Orden APA/2916/2002). Spearfishing outside the designated zones is a serious infraction under art. 70.3.h of Ley 17/2003 de Pesca de Canarias.

Of je een vergunning nodig hebt om hier te speervissen, en hoe je die krijgt.
Apply through the fisheries authority of the relevant coastal Autonomous Community (online or in person). A medical certificate of fitness for underwater/free-diving (issued by a doctor qualified in hyperbaric/underwater medicine), or a valid federation licence covering the medical, plus suitable accident insurance, is generally required. ID (DNI for citizens; NIE/passport for foreigners) and payment of the regional fee are needed.
