Hoe speervissen wordt behandeld bij Sea shore of all Namibian offshore islands.

Recreational harvesting prohibited within 2 nautical miles seaward of the high-water line of the sea shore of any of the islands along the Namibian coast (e.g. the Penguin / Mercury / Ichaboe / Halifax island group). Reg 10(1)(h).

Vergunning vereistvia Ministry of Fisheries and Marine Resources

Obtainable from any Ministry of Fisheries and Marine Resources office along the coast - Walvis Bay, Swakopmund, Luederitz, and the Ministry head office in Windhoek - or from the Henties Bay fishing centre / police station. An Identity Card or Passport is required; minors need a birth certificate and passport photos.
