Vergunning vereistvia Fisheries Department, Ministry of Municipality (formerly Ministry of Industry and Agriculture / Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Agriculture)
Apply to the Fisheries Department (Ministry of Municipality; historically Ministry of Industry and Agriculture). Licensee must be of good conduct and a competent swimmer. Use of harpoon-guns requires separate Fisheries Department permission.
