Southern unit of the Tortugas Ecological Reserve, a no-take zone of the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary southwest of the Dry Tortugas. All fishing by any means, including spearfishing, is prohibited, and anchoring is additionally banned in the Tortugas Ecological Reserve (15 CFR 922.164(d)(1)).
