Federal spawning-aggregation closure in the EEZ south of St. Thomas, immediately southeast of the Hind Bank Marine Conservation District. From February 1 through April 30 each year all fishing (including recreational spearfishing) for any species except highly migratory species is prohibited, protecting spawning aggregations of yellowfin/tiger grouper and other reef fish. Fishing with pots, traps, bottom longlines, gillnets or trammel nets is prohibited year-round. Boundary defined by four coordinate points in 50 CFR 622.514.
