Oversikt
Hvordan spearfishing behandles i Área Natural Protegida Punta Bermeja (La Lobería).
Provincial protected area on the Atlantic coast of Río Negro, ~45 km from Viedma, ~1,900 ha (~600 ha terrestrial). Protects a major single-haired sea lion (Otaria flavescens) colony. IUCN Category VI; established 1971 (provincial law 898, boundaries set by Decree 1862/2005). Includes a 'zona intangible' (scientific-use untouchable zone), a restricted-use zone and a multiple-use zone. Spearfishing/extraction is incompatible with the reserve's protection regime. NOTE: the cited source does NOT mention Resolution 999/2015's shark/ray/chimaera fishing ban — that claim is unverified against this source.
