As an INPARQUES national park, extractive fishing including spearfishing is prohibited under Decreto 276 (Reglamento de Administracion y Manejo de Parques Nacionales y Monumentos Naturales), Art. 19.

Visit the regional sub-office for speargun inspection and document signing, obtain the Porte de Arpon Deportivo from DAEX, then return to the sub-office to collect the definitive permit.
