Licenca obveznaprek Administração Nacional das Pescas (ADNAP) / provincial fisheries administration, under the Ministry overseeing fisheries; issued via Maritime Offices.

Apply individually using the Annex IV model form with an identity document (passport for foreigners). Submitted to the provincial body responsible for fisheries management (or delegated entity / Maritime Office). Minors under 16 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. May be issued electronically.
