Fish sanctuary in St. Thomas; fishing prohibited except under licence (SFCA Reg. 4). The Tenth Schedule defines the boundary from a point on the south-eastern end of the jetty in Port Morant Harbour using a metric grid reference; the point shown is an approximate (harbour-level) location.

Licens krävsvia National Fisheries Authority (NFA), Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Mining

Apply and register online via the National Fisheries Authority IrieFINS online licensing and registration system, or contact the NFA directly. Under the Fisheries Act, 2018 (s.25) no person may engage in fishing without the appropriate licence, authorization or permit, and contravention is an offence.
