Fish sanctuary in Clarendon; fishing prohibited except under licence (SFCA Reg. 4). Official boundary starts at Point A, a land-based mark at the mouth of Bowers River (17 deg 53' 10.358" N, 77 deg 08' 7.976" W); includes the Long and Short Island barrier-reef system, Colon Bay and the port of Rocky Point.

Apply and register online via the National Fisheries Authority IrieFINS online licensing and registration system, or contact the NFA directly. Under the Fisheries Act, 2018 (s.25) no person may engage in fishing without the appropriate licence, authorization or permit, and contravention is an offence.
