Public fresh waters (acque dolci pubbliche) - e.g. Torrente Marano, Torrente Ausa, Torrente San Marino இல் ஈட்டி மீன்பிடி எவ்வாறு நடத்தப்படுகிறது.
Public fresh waters and waters connected to them are open to licensed rod-and-line fishing under Law 119/1990. These are small, shallow streams unsuitable for and not associated with spearfishing. A licence from the Federazione Sammarinese Pesca Sportiva is required.
