Freshwater river mouths / fresh water (Danube and inland waters)

Harpoon/spearfishing is prohibited outside the Black Sea, i.e. in fresh water including river mouths, the Danube and inland water bodies (the harpoon exception in Чл. 35, ал. 2 applies only to Black Sea waters).
