Protected under subsidiary legislation of the Fisheries Act; it is a known tourist diving spot and declared marine reserve, so fishing and spearfishing fall within the Fisheries Regulations 'closed area' / marine-reserve prohibition (no fishing or diving for fish, 1 km buffer for ornamental products).
