Recreational and sport fishing, including spearfishing, is permitted throughout national jurisdictional waters except in the zones excluded by Artigo 27 and inside conservation-area no-take zones.

ต้องมีใบอนุญาตผ่าน Administração Nacional das Pescas (ADNAP) / provincial fisheries administration, under the Ministry overseeing fisheries; issued via Maritime Offices.

Apply individually using the Annex IV model form with an identity document (passport for foreigners). Submitted to the provincial body responsible for fisheries management (or delegated entity / Maritime Office). Minors under 16 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. May be issued electronically.
