Marine area where the spearfishing community (e.g. Caspian Hunters Club) operates, hunting species such as kutum, mullet, carp and catfish. Subject to the national Law on Fishing, the sturgeon moratorium, and Red Book protections.

Sport/leisure fishing permitted under general rules; sturgeon catch prohibited; Red Book species prohibited; reserves and fish-reproduction zones excluded.
