No spearfishing or netting is allowed in the Rock Islands Southern Lagoon, a designated conservation/multi-use area managed by Koror State. Visitors require a Rock Island Use Permit or Jellyfish Lake Permit, plus a separate Fishing Permit for any permitted fishing.
