Fourkaria (Troizinia), Cape Skyllaio and the islets Spathi and Skylli

Spearfishing is prohibited all year round in the sea area of Fourkaria in Troizinia, up to and including Cape Skyllaio, and around the islets Spathi and Skylli — a declared underwater archaeological site. Basis: KYA ΥΠΠΟ/ΑΡΧ/Α1/Φ43/20963/1129 (ΦΕΚ 759 Β΄) read with art. Α§2(δ) of KYA ΦΕΚ 336 Β΄/2004. The ban is listed twice on the Coast Guard's register — once by the Poros Port Authority and once by the Nafplio Port Authority (which words it «απαγορεύεται η αλιεία με συρόμενα εργαλεία και η υποβρύχια αλιεία στον αρχαιολογικό χώρο Φουρκάριας Τροιζηνίας») — because the site straddles two jurisdictions; it is one place, not two.
