Albany Mudflats State Marine Park (California)

State Marine Park over the waters below the mean high tide line inside the Albany Mudflats Ecological Reserve, on the East Bay shore of San Francisco Bay between Albany and Berkeley. 14 CCR 632(b)(60)(B) permits only 'the recreational hook and line take of species other than marine aquatic plants from shore only' and 632(b)(60)(C) prohibits boating, swimming, wading and diving within the park; since spearfishing requires being in the water, it is prohibited here. The park is intertidal mudflat, so in practice there is no diveable water at all.
