Isla de Patos and islets in the Boca del Dragon strait), decreed 12 Dec 1978 (Gaceta Oficial Extraordinaria 2.417, 7 Mar 1979), 37,500 ha. As an INPARQUES national park, extractive fishing including spearfishing is prohibited under Decreto 276 (Reglamento de Administracion y Manejo de Parques Nacionales y Monumentos Naturales), Art. 19.

Apply at an INSOPESCA office with the form from the INSOPESCA website, RIPAC/Registro de Pesca enrollment, ID copy (100% enlarged), FVAS membership card copy (both sides, 100% enlarged), proof of payment of 2 tax units, and invoice or sworn declaration of speargun ownership. Visit the regional sub-office for speargun inspection and document signing, obtain the Porte de Arpon Deportivo from DAEX, then return to the sub-office to collect the definitive permit.
