Fishing is prohibited inside wildlife refuges and special-regime protected areas under the Ley de Pesca y Acuicultura, making spearfishing prohibited here.

Visit the regional sub-office for speargun inspection and document signing, obtain the Porte de Arpon Deportivo from DAEX, then return to the sub-office to collect the definitive permit.
