Approx. 14.6 square mile management area off the western and southern coast of Ta'u Island, adjacent to the National Park of American Samoa. Non-SCUBA-assisted spearfishing is allowed alongside other non-destructive fishing methods.

Apply to the Director of the Department of Marine and Wildlife Resources (DMWR) on departmental forms. Commercial applicants must have resided in American Samoa for at least one year, show proof of legal residency or citizenship, and show proof of previous fishing experience.
